Pinot Gris grapes are highly coloured and aromatic when ripe and winemaker Jeremy Churchill has retained some of the beautiful blush colour in the finished wine.

This single vineyard Pinot Gris balances the characteristic elements of fruit and acidity to produce a lively yet easy drinking Pinot Gris. Grapes for this wine were sourced from the premium Goulburn Valley region in northern Victoria. Grown in sandy clay soil, the terroir of this vineyard has produced a ripe, textural wine with a dash of mineral complexity.
