Triggerfish are colourful, feisty and very protective of their young – much like the winemakers for this wine. This wine showcases Semillon’s ability to produce a versatile range of styles.

Made in a refreshing off-dry style, the fruit sweetness is beautifully balanced with a crisp lemon acidity and a subtle spritz.

Enjoy it nice and young with seafood (but watch out for the Triggerfish) or perfect with a hot, spicy curry.
