Obiter Dictum is a quirky side project for Briar Ridge. The warm days and cool nights of 2021 led to elegant reds with lovely floral lift. Grown on well-drained sandy loam soils in the Mount View region, this Shiraz is bright with dark cherry, baking spice and white pepper flavours.
