Grüner Veltliner (aka Gruner) is originally from Austria but some Gruner vines found their way to Hermitage Road in the Hunter Valley. Zippy flavours of finger lime, lemon and grapefruit. Showing the hallmark flavours of white pepper and green pear with a linear vein of acidity that invites you to enjoy with oysters or any white fish.
