Barbera is a wonderful red variety which originally comes from Italy’s northern Piedmont region. It is one of the mostly widely planted red varieties in Italy and is becoming increasingly popular in Australia due to its soft tannins and ability to grow in a variety of conditions.

Grown in the Broke-Fordwich region of the Hunter Valley, this release from Ian & Suzanne Little is made in a medium-bodied, plush style that makes it a perfect warm weather red. With appealing flavours of currants and blackberries, supple soft tannins and excellent structure it is the perfect foodie wine.
