TERMS & CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions and participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Wine House Hunter Valley (ABN 55 634 351 081) of 426 McDonalds Road, Pokolbin, NSW 2320, telephone (02) 4998 7668 is one of 13 Promoters. The other Promoters are:  Hunter Valley Helicopters, Pescara Restaurant, Beyond Ballooning, Buds & Beads, Hunter Valley Catering, Heavenly Hunter, Cocoa Nib, Twine Restaurant. Our Italian Table, Twisted Unique Vine Tours, Leisure Inn & Goldfish Bar. ('The Promoters')
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents with a current Australian postal address over the age of 18.
3. Promotion commences on 5th October 2024 and ends 25th November 2024 ('Promotional Period').
4. To enter, individuals must: 

  • Spend $200 or more online at www.winehousehuntervalley.com.au or in person at the Wine House Hunter Valley cellar door.
  • Ensure their order includes a valid email. 
  • Wine Club members automatically receive 2 entries in the draw.

5. This is a game of chance. The winning entry will be determined via the use of a random number generator. Entries will be collated from date of purchase and all entries assigned a random number. 
6. Total prize value is up to $4,495 and consists of prizes listed above. 
7. Wine House Hunter Valley will notify winners via email and Instagram stories.
8. All prizes must be claimed within 24 hours of email notification. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
9. Prizes, or any portion of a prize cannot be taken as cash.
10. The winner will be responsible booking with each of the Promoters individually. They will also be responsible for their own transport and any other associated costs not included in the prize.
11. The winner must claim, book & use all components of the prize outlined above by 31 Dec 2026. 
12. The Promoters reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Multiple entries are permitted.
14. The prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion or prizes.
16. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:  (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
