Liz & Shaun Silkman make their Semillon in the traditional Hunter style: lean, unoaked and with a pristine flavour profile. Lifted aromas of citrus and lemongrass are layered over mineral zesty notes and the palate is beautifully structured with primary fruit character of citrus and white peach.

This is a tightly structured young Semillon with great persistence and mouth feel.

Cellaring: 10+ but drinking beautifully now as a young Semillon.
