Pinot Grigio is the common Italian name for the French variety Pinot Gris. The wine is well balanced between fruitiness and acidity. The flavour is distinctive, complex crisp and lively. Crisp green apple and pear give it a nice crunchy texture.
We love Riesling but it's not really a Hunter variety, so we thought a cracking Riesling from a local winemaker using beautiful cool climate fruit was an excellent opportunity! Vibrant with citrus led aromas and flavours.
